Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received a wrong item that does not match your order

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders delayed due to customs or external shipping issues
